Experience in project coordination supporting multiple teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail is a must. Suggest recommendations for improving processes to help streamline workloads as well as provide direction and support to team members on current systems. Provide data management support to business units for new and ongoing projects. Attend weekly meetings to be informed of product development updates. Support Brand team personnel as needed on product hierarchy questions and SAP review. Perform any data audit reviews on various master files such as Proposed Drop Report, Pricelist, and Vendor Line Plans. Resolve any set-up issues with Product Development and Brand to guarantee compliance with customer POS requirements. Delivery on individual and group Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as they relate to item setup. Guarantee data integrity during item creation and assign project status to accurate represent progress. Assist Product Development Team and Brand/Marketing teams to ensure new product set-up fall in line with system and company requirements. Partner with other Product Data Analysts to document processes and support cross-training. Review all packaging to ensure all master data elements and UPC information are correct prior to release. Create and track new material requests and changes with daily follow-up on outstanding requests. Manage daily requests for new product creation, address questions or concerns with Product Development Team and work to resolve issues with Data Governance Team. #Spin master products software#
